This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for subscription cancellations and refund requests for Inslyt services provided by TrueInslyt Software Solutions LLP. We are committed to providing excellent service and fair policies for our customers.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Inslyt subscription at any time through the following methods:
- Log into your account and navigate to subscription settings
- Contact our support team at support@inslyt.com
- Call our customer service during business hours
Important:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid charges for the upcoming period.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
✅ Eligible for Refund:
- Technical issues preventing service access for more than 48 hours
- Service does not function as described in our documentation
- Duplicate or unauthorized charges
- Cancellation within 7 days of first subscription (new customers only)
❌ Not Eligible for Refund:
- Change of mind or business requirements
- Partial month usage after full month billing
- Account suspension due to Terms of Service violation
- Requests made more than 30 days after the billing date

How to Request a Refund:

Processing Timeline:
Payment Gateway and Processing
All payments are processed through Razorpay, a secure and PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Important Notes:
- • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank
- • International transactions may take additional time
- • Razorpay transaction fees are non-refundable
- • Currency conversion charges (if any) are not refunded
Prorated Refunds and Credits
In exceptional circumstances where a prorated refund is warranted (such as service downtime or technical issues), we will calculate the refund based on the unused portion of your subscription period.
Monthly Subscriptions
Prorated based on remaining days in the billing month
Annual Subscriptions
Prorated based on remaining months in the billing year
