Agreement and Acceptance
By using Inslyt services, you acknowledge that you:
- Are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
- Have the authority to enter into this agreement
- Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Service Description
- Inslyt provides AI-powered feedback intelligence and analytics services
- Access to dashboard, reporting tools, and API integrations
- Data processing and insights generation from customer feedback
- Customer support and technical assistance
- Regular platform updates and feature enhancements
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete account information
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
- Not engage in unauthorized access or system interference
- Report security vulnerabilities or suspicious activity
Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually as selected
- Payments processed securely through Razorpay
- All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
Data and Privacy
- You retain ownership of your feedback data and insights
- We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Data encryption in transit and at rest
- Regular security audits and compliance monitoring
- Option to export or delete your data upon request
Limitations and Disclaimers
- Service provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind
- No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation
- AI insights are based on available data and may not be 100% accurate
- Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Limitation of liability to the amount paid for the service
Intellectual Property Rights
Inslyt and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the platform, including but not limited to software, algorithms, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services.
You retain ownership of your feedback data and any insights you generate. However, you grant us permission to use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement and research purposes.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for other legitimate business reasons.
Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and data retention guidelines.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
